Information on this site
Product descriptions and specifications are typical references to help you plan. They are not an offer to store or supply any product, and availability depends on terminal, tank and timing. We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee that it is complete or current.
Quotes and contracts
Quotes are requested through our quote form or by email or phone, and are given in writing. Each quote is valid only for the period and on the terms it states. No storage or service is booked until both parties have agreed and signed a written contract, and that contract governs the service.
Most of our services are paid in advance, before work or storage begins. The amount and timing of payment are set out in each quote and contract.
Before accepting a new client, we may carry out know-your-customer, sanctions and anti-money laundering checks, and we may decline any request.
Website assistant
Our website assistant uses AI to answer general questions about our services. Its answers are for information only and may be inaccurate. They are not quotes, offers or advice, and prices, availability and terms are confirmed only by our team in writing.
Tank standards
References to API 653 and EEMUA 159 summarise the scope of each standard. API 653 is published by the American Petroleum Institute and EEMUA 159 by the Engineering Equipment and Materials Users’ Association, who own their content. The standard that applies to a tank, and its inspection record, are confirmed for each tank we offer.
Images and trade marks
Photos and videos on this site illustrate our services. Unless stated otherwise, they are third-party images used under licence, listed in our image credits, and they don’t show facilities or vessels owned or operated by Ship Holdco. Names and marks of other organisations belong to their owners.
Client accounts
If you open a client account, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. We may suspend an account that is misused.
Using the site
Don’t misuse the site: don’t try to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code or interfere with how it works. Links to other websites, including WhatsApp, are provided for convenience, and we aren’t responsible for their content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
